You might want to post this to the main hackspace mailing list.

There were a couple of people i was talking to  recently who are
looking for somewhere, but they tend to follow the main list, and not
the thread-space list.

From my own experience in flat-shares/studio-shares, be picky about
your new studio-mates, and you'll have fewer day-to-day problems.

If you think sharing a studio is  interesting, ask the music-hackers
about times spent sharing a tour-bus... :))
