Permanent Scala Job in Amsterdam (is it ok to post as its not London?)

I am originally from London but living in Amsterdam working for TomTom, I am recruiting (I'm the Engineering manager for the team) for a Senior/Experienced Scala developer over here and wondered if its ok to post in here as its Europe and Amsterdam has a smaller Scala community than London.

I am finding it hard to find experienced Scala developers that are permanent, I have some contractors filling the roles for now but this isnt a long term solution.
