Looking for some likeminded people to share a Cremer Unit with

One of the units, CM115 is up for rent at £740. Im keen to get a bit more space than I have in Unit30 and also work with a few programmer and electronics types. Im wondering if anyone else is keen to go in with me regarding renting this unit. 3 would be a good number but 4 is the ideal I think. We could split the rent and get some bits and bobs plumbed in. Anyone keen on this?
