Hi I am on the scrounge - any one got an unsed one kicking around that they would be happy to donate to me to hack ?? I would like to put openwrt on it .....

I think I've got a white one in my cupboard. Let me know if that will do.

The white one are version 2's most of which will work so am happy to take a punt on it .... when will you next be in the space perhaps email me directley on dean x deanforbes x com to make arrangements , Pizza or Beer on its way :-)

Is there any simple way to get OpenWRT on them without messing about with JTAG?

I would be interested to find out how. I have a 2 and a 3 I think?

No BT-specific router here Dean but I have a D-Link DIR-615 D4 WiFi router (802.11n 300Mbps) running either Stock, DD-WRT or OpenWRT firmware? It's cheaply built and moderately cheerful but with DD-WRT it's been working 24/7 for at least a year with occasional reboots.

Otherwise, I am in the process of replacing a trusted LinkSys WRT54GL (solid performer) that should be available some time next week.

Hello Dean i do have a BT Home Hub 2.0 (Black) type A item code 044023 infact i do have it complete it's the BT Vision + Box has everything with it, and it's all yours if you want it.
