I dropped of the saw-horses - so the directors chairs should be looking for a new home:).
See you later.

After an installation, we will have approx 1 kilometer of orange LED tape - the flexi stick-down
type. enclosed in a square silicone tube (removable), in lengths from 1.5 to 2.5m. 24 volt.
I think the backing is still on the sticky, so can be re-stuck if removed from the silicone tube.

This is attatched to aluminium panels which are being scrapped tomorrow (tues)

If some people (two vehicles max) can come to a location near the southern end of the Blackwall
tunnel, tomorrow morning before 1PM (finish), they can have as much of it as they can physicaly
remove - it is held on with a few cable ties and slicone - after the ties are cut they can be peeled
off, butthe silicone tubing may not survive well.

2-3 people with sidecutters can probably do the lot in a couple of hours. We'd prefer it all to go
if possible.

While I can't make it over to help, I'd love to get hold of some of this.

Can't make it either but if possible, the Not Just Arduino group could use some of this if available for some projects in the space.

Thanks for letting us know.

I don't have transport other than a bike but can probably fill up a
backpack. Do you have an exact location?

We got roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of the strips, they are in a box in the space.

I've added this as a project idea to Fab Fridays:

Make at least 6 * large starburst displays[1] from the orange led strips
so we can have one in each of the windows to make a scrolling sign thats
visible from the overground.

[1]aka 14 or 16 segment display:

Excellent!

Would it be worth reserving a few lengths to make giant EMF and LHS signs?
