They shouldn't. Rule 2 <http://wiki.london.hackspace.org.uk/view/Rules>[1][2]
exists for a reason and REALLY shouldn't be broken. If someone was caught
doing this I'd consider it something that they should get a warning for.

That being said, with the exception of an incidence about 6 months ago
involving the 3-in-1 I can't think of any cases of people breaking rule 2
