It's a fairly simple sketch, but I'm tying myself up in knots. Could do with bending an expert's help for half an hour or so. Can repay with beer if it helps?

I've got a couple of sketches that I need help ironing out. Fairly simple physical input > physical output circuits I think, but I'm having trouble inserting things like nested if commands and blink without delays. I think it would be super easy for someone with a little more knowledge than me!

Is anyone about this afternoon or evening?
