I'm missing some of the stuff that I lent to EMFcamp for the bar:

a rubber mallet, probably with the "Harry Mason" logo on it
two white plastic buckets
a UPS (should be in a box labelled "festival UPS")

Any sign of these?

Steve

Quick question:

What's the deadline for collecting this stuff?

It's at the London Hackspace and there's already a reasonable amount of
annoyance at us for storing stuff there, this stuff will get binned if it's
not collected soon. Do we know what 'soon' is in this case?

The Festival UPS came back and i'm pretty sure i saw the mallet, i've had
a quick look round the space but can't see them, they are probably burried
under other things.

Something which looks a lot like a dismantled trebuchet is currently standing in the loading bay.
This is not actually The Hackspace Loading Bay, we share it with some three dozen other businesses.

In a few hours people will be arriving at work, finding this in the way will probably not make us any more popular.
I'm around for another 30 mins or so, if anyone wants to help me move it let me know.

peasy,

If someone does want it say so by end of tommorow, and maybe there will be
a last minite reprive for the prisoner.

it has found a purpose: to bring in the tank. Both are ultimately as useful as a soiled diaper, only harder to get rid of.

It's been listed as "at risk" since 2011. Can we either get rid of it
for good or turn it into wood chips?

If people want to get rid of it, I am willing to arrange its removal
from the Space.  That will probably be in the night of Sat/Sun, weekend
after next.  In the interim, please could someone stash it somewhere
safe, in a nice pile, clearly loaded.

It's the "there's a crapload of stuff arriving in the EMF van that will
be dropped off for members and promptly removed message".

My point was that it's not been returned to the space randomly by
someone, it just hasn't been picked up yet.

The agreement with Charles was that it would stay downstairs one night and
then binned if it wasn't collected.

Which trustee do I go with on this one?

Tgreer, please do not do this.

This was a project that was built by three people who were valued
member's of the space.

The only reason that we have the 3-in-1 lathe is because one of them
started this pledge to get this machine. He hasn't been in recently,
but he was also one of the people who was teaching lathe use, and
machine tooling.

Jasper emailed him, but he has not replied yet.

Please allow time for him to reply.

If, necessary i'll remove it from the space, and store it again.

Do we have unvalued members? Everyone gets a chance to use the space,
and the trebuchet owners have had more than their share. Their other
work in the space is greatly appreciated but doesn't give them extra
privileges.

Still, I'd rather not see the trebuchet destroyed. Billy, it would
make me happy if you removed the trebuchet and stored it.

Jim

If Luke doesn't want it, then it's some very good quality timber to be

If Luke does want it, then we should give it to him undamaged...
