Door entry system/card access to the space

Right, I've finally found time to finish setting up the automated door entry[1].  You can now add your card using the desktop shortcut on Lovelace.  You can change your nickname (which is broadcast to IRC, Glados and the board) by logging into the website and clicking Cards.

While we were able to identify the owners of 300 cards, there remain 100 or so that couldn't be tied to members, and I've listed these on the wiki[2].  There are various reasons for being on this list: your name might be similar to someone else on the list (we have three members called Nathan - hi!), or I might not recognise your pseudonym.  When in doubt, I've erred on the side of caution.

We'd like to disable these remaining cards as soon as possible, so please check on the website[3] whether your card is there.  If not the easiest thing to do is to pop into the space with your card, and update your details from Lovelace.  If you can't and would like to claim your card, please email me back with the name you used on the members database as well as the nickname from the list.

I've also noticed that our account system has no constraint on its email field, so there are a bunch of duplicate email addresses, including some that differ only in case.  If you've been having trouble logging in with your usual email address, please let me know and I'll see if your account is affected.
