"Landlord" visiting the space

If anyone sees an irate guy with a black leather jacket around the space claiming he's the landlord, could you please get his name and contact details?  We've had reports of him complaining about people bringing bikes to the space and painting in the car park.  We're in contact with the landlords, and are still trying to get some clarity on their policy, but until we confirm he's communicating with them, he's just causing aggro for nothing.
