that's a brilliant device Nick thanks! IMHO it would be best used not as a substitute donation box but as an extra one in the lobby or quiet room. Specially useful for visitors during workshops who don't know about the donation system.

I brought this in and set it up on the wall yesterday.
Unfortunately, it needs some debugging, and for some reason it's not
resolving using Bonjour/Zeroconf, making it difficult for me to find its
IP. My laptop lacks Ethernet, which further complicates things.
I'll come back in later this week or early next week to try and get it
fully operational; in the meantime I've left it unplugged. If anyone thinks
they can get it resolving over zeroconf, feel free to plug it in and give
it a go (the 12v adaptor plug should be behind the couch below it), but
please unplug it afterwards so people don't end up putting coins in and
getting nothing back.

If you want to provide an advice DB in Fortune format, I'm happy to include
it. Presently, it selects from different databases based on how much you
insert - higher values gets more interesting, usually longer, quotes, as
well as the possibility of bonus quotes.

I spotted that it was on with the printer light blinking today and gave it
a go, it took my 10p but didn't react. Is it up and running yet, or should
I pop a note on it to prevent more confused people? :)
