Domain registrar for sensitive content

I was looking for a recommendation for  a domain registrar

It's for an organisation of activists who don't know how to not be controversia. And are going to be targetting people who don't know how to play fair.
So, government/council organisations and contractors who are expected to make fraudently abuse complaints against them and other abusive tactics to censor their web content. So need a registrar that won't balk and pull the content or domain at the first snotty letter or legal threat.

Is there a registrar that is known for being good for pro-freedom activism type stuff?

I think Andrews and Arnold[1] are likely to be a good bet for it.
This entry [2] on his blog is a good idea of how the director feels
about due process (or rather the attempt by business to avoid it).

I've been an A&A customer for a few years now, just as a home internet
user. They're an excellent company, they know what they're talking
about and I definitely second the above recommendation.

one of their blog posts is about setting up honey trap answer phone
messages to catch sales people illegally calling numbers on their VOIP
system which should also give you an idea of what they're like heh
