This evening or during the day?

Great. She emailed the trustees for permission a few days ago and
didn't wait for our response (which would have been to say no).

The story she's writing appears to link us to hackers and squats. I
don't think it would be good for us to be mentioned in that story.

If they've not bothered to wait for a reply and intend to misrepresent
the space, can we politely tell them to jog on?

I suggest we do it impolitely.

Or Youtube the viewing, explaining why she's completely wrong and asking why she's misrepresenting us ?

Not entirely related, but it seems a nice counterpoint. I am doing a metal sculpture course at City Lit - the instructor (Andrew Revell), passed out a handout of notes, one of the available workshop areas listed is the hackspace, and he was very very positive about it (esp the concept). The sheet just has an address, and minimal details.

I've been meaning to say since last week, but this just seemed a nice time to mention it.

We have replied to her inquiry declining her offer and requesting to not be included in the article.

I can't take calls at the moment, it may be best to politely tell her that we have responded that we wish not to be interviewed. (with the hint to leave)

Well, if she misrepresents us, just sue her for libel?
