Subject: Sources for laser diodes...

Someone told me recently about a project they were working on where they
needed a laser diode with a specific wavelength. I mentioned that I
remembered a website (in the UK!) that deals specifically in all things
laser. And here it is:

http://odicforce.com/

At the moment, they didn't have the particular diode I thought they did,
but I have emailed them and I'm hoping to get a response very soon about if
they can get one in. I thought about LEDs too and apparently *orange* ones
for example have a wavelength of 600nm:

eBay LED example<http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ultra-Bright-LEDs-3mm-5mm-10mm-Red-Blue-Whi...>

It might be worth thinking about if finding a particular wavelength for a
project is proving difficult. Hope this helps someone! :)
