GoodFET PCBs

Travis Goodspeed has kindly sent us a bag of PCBs for his GoodFET
USB-JTAG adaptor: http://goodfet.sourceforge.net/

If you want to have a crack at building one (it seems to be a
reasonably involved SMT job), let me know and I'll give you one.

I suggest we buy enough components to make all of them, any that don't get
made can be vending machined...
