I'd say "anris". I'm not sure whether I'd say "puankares" or "puenkares"; in
my accent (which I suppose is Norman), the vowel "in" is somewhere between
them (a nasal ash).

The IPA is [ɑ̃ʁi pwɛ̃kaʁe]. You might write .aris.puekares. or consonantalize to .anris.puenkares.
