Translation: If "every rule has at least one exception" is a rule, then at least one rule has no exception.

I came up with this:

{ganai lo du'u fi ro da poi javni fa de nafselte'i ku javni gi da'o da
poi javni fi node nafselte'i}

Is there anything wrong with it? Would you say it differently?

At least, I would shorten it and decrease quantity of KOhA1. And fix
FA in the second part.

{ganai lo du'u fi ro javni fa da nafselte'i ku javni gi fi su'o pa
javni nafselte'i fa node}

But then, x3 of {nafselte'i} is a set, not a rule. The simplest fix
that comes to my mind is to use {fe tu'a}, but I'm not sure how to
tu'a-convert {ro javni}. Also, I'm not sure that du'u-fact fits x1 of
javni.

We need a lujvo for "x1 is an exception to a rule x2" and I can't
think of any. {naltinbe} is someone who doesn't obey the rule, so it's
no good. Our exception is not an element of a set like nafselte'i, but
a situation in which the rule doesn't apply, I think.

What about {lo ka ce'u na selkai da cu kampu lo'i kampu}? I replaced
"rule" with "property" and everything got simpler. Whole thing: {ganai
lo ka ce'u na selkai da cu kampu lo'i kampu gi su'o kampu cu selkai ro
de}.
