THE MINING boss behind controversial plans for coalmining in the Rosewood region has arranged a personal meeting with Ipswich City Council.
Overseas and General Limited (OGL) CEO Jack Tan will come to Ipswich to meet with Mayor Paul Pisasale and Councillor David Pahlke in August.
