Local Future - 7 pm Tuesday, January 17 - Like minded people together, preparing for a local future

Last Tuesday, we looked over a number of amazing talks from the 2011 Sustainability Conference, and viewed Peter Sinclair's incredible TED style talk on climate change.

This Tuesday (tomorrow), you are invited to join like minded folks in making a selection for the evening's discussion and viewing.  Possibilities include:

* Dr. Steve Keen - The History of Money and Debt

* Christina Snyder - Building a Passive House (Super Energy Efficient) Addition

* John Barry - Appropriate Technology

* Guy McPherson - How I Prepared My Home for a Durable Future

* Aaron Wissner - Economics 101 - The Stock and Flow of Money

Another possibility is Chris Martenson's talk on investing (in Gold) from his recent trip to Madrid.

In addition, we'll be discussing the 2012 Local Future conference; plus deciding the details of the Michigan premiere of the 2011 documentary Vegucated!
