Hi!

As discussed here https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/lmax-disruptor/15t2nWBgJ7I c++ port of disruptor seems completely dead.
Is it so good to use and so fast and so stable that it doesn't require any changes and we should just enjoy using it?

I need ring-buffer implementation with reusable objects. I'm thinking about using disruptor-cpp but I'm afraid that it out-of-date and even probally buggy, as not supported project. Probably something from boost lock-free clases can be used instead and has relatively same performance? http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_53_0/doc/html/boost/lockfree/

  Thanks for suggestions!
