Weather Update for Tinto BBQ Comp

Hi Folks,
It's been a while, but ... ...
Tomorrow (Saturday ) is looking pretty good. Met wind at around 20 mph (WSW), so thats clearly the main issue. There should be no significant wind gradient, right up to BL Top. And moderate strength thermals. Reasonably sunny with good Cu with base at between 4000 and 5000 ft. Dungavel seems the obvious choice to me .
Up to Peebles it looks pretty straightforward. Its a bit more complicated towards the E coast, but I'd guess we dont want to spend all evening collecting folk from afar, when there's BBQing to be done !
I realise that it isnt "a thing" anymore, so this'll be my last Weather Update, as Ive decided, after 31 years of coaching pilots, to hang up my Senior Coach Licence.
