Limiting Font Options

In a text field, you can allow Rich Text, which allows text to be
pasted from outside Acrobat into the field. Is there a way to limit
the fonts that can be used there? I'd like to only allow a single
font for typing, and then the symbol and greek fonts, as I'm in the
scientific field and those are required.
If that is not possible, can one at least limit the font library used
when flattening the form (printing a flat PDF of it) so that it
converts everything to Myriad Pro?
