Sub-Form self spawning sisters silliness saddens form creator :(

I have uploaded a form entitled: Initial Report w-Tech-
deidentified.pdf

If you go to the Heading "Employees" and hit "Yes", the 4 instances of
the "Staff" subform spawn, instead of 1, which would be preferred.

The form is in the field, as time was short and it's a minor annoyance
to have to hit "remove" if you don't have 4 employees, but I spend
about 3 hours trying to figure out why, and would love to know WTF I
did to cause this. --MDeV

Interesting. Now if you delete all instances and click YES, only one
new instance of the subform appears. I'm playing with it. Code looks
good

I took a quick look at it but couldn't figure out what was going on. I
might have some time this weekend.

You do have a lot of script issues going on though - if you open the
form in Acrobat and turn on the Javascript Debugger there's lots of
error message.
