Moving *one* account from qmail/vpopmail to postfix

I have one last account in the old mail server and yesterday I finally
convinced the user to let me switch it to postfix. Now, both servers
were use maildir and imap but the qmail one decided to ignore imap.
Since this user has been using the postfix account I created for her
and, could I simply move the directories inside her maildir one that
do not match the ones in her postfix account to her postfix account
(what a mouthful) and then worry about the other mail (say, put it in
a temp account and have her move them)?
