help with rbls in maillog

Hello I have 2 rbls on my main.cf
I have
reject_rbl_client xbl.spamhaus.org, reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net
in
smtpd_client_restrictions
and
smtpd_recipient_restrictions
for some reason my log does not show when they are being used.
I only see error 421
postfix/smtpd[23976]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[177.x.x.x]: 421 4.7.1 Service not available, closing transmission channel; from=<YxYFD...@xx.xx> to=<pe...@xx.org> proto=ESMTP helo=<177.x.x.x>
do I need a custom reply for my rbls? I am using 2.3.3
how can i see when spamcop and spamhaus are used ?
