postfix sends double mail when i configure autoreply,sender_bcc and always_bcc

i have configured a mail server on linux using postfix,dovecot and
mysql for virtual user and domain, now when i configure autoreply
using vacation.pl of postfix admin or i set always_bcc or i set
sender_bcc perameter. normaly when i send mail to user or group tha
mail is deliverd once per user. the problem i fetch when i configured
above .

i have check autoreply with different databse at that time there is no
problem
