I want to setup SMTP Postfix to send mail externally

Hi Guys...
My system is Centos 6.1, new build.
I have setup Poatfix and can receive mail for users with no problem
I want to setup Webmail, probably SquirrelMail.
When viewing emails and want to reply, the server will not send it.
If I switch to Sendmail, I have no problem.
Any advice ???
