Happy New Year colleagues! I am pleased to start 2012 with some good news. The Biology Department at Western Washington University has been given permission to recruit a new tenure-track faculty member and has decided to identify the position as "Quantitative Marine Biology." I have attached the short version of the ad that has a link to the full version.
This is a great opportunity for a young marine scientist to attain a faculty position in an academically strong department and to take advantage of the facilities and programs of the Shannon Point Marine Center. Please bring this opportunity to the attention of your colleagues.
