Request tracker installation in rhel5

well hi to all. i had rhn supported system and there i cant find any
respos in /etc/respos.d/ directory. if i enter yum list still i can
see the list of rpms. now my question is i need to install request
tracker in this system. i had d/l the .gzip file and extracted too.
its asking to make a respository.now i had made one repo in /repos.d/
dir. but didnt able to find out what to write in baseurl. ftp/http. i
had extracted the packages in /root. if u suggest anything i would be
really happy.

Hi,

inside the extracted folder you will find make or install , just find on google how to use make command and even you find docs about the related software.
