Minimum 7 years experience with EMC and NetApp technology is a must
Strong hands on experience on ONTAP 8.x -7 Mode and Cluster mode
Hands on experience with local and remote replication using snapshot,
snapmirror, snapvault and
flexclone
Proficiency in configuring and administering zero RPO and low RTO for
enterprise mission critical
applications using EMC DMX3, VMAX with SRDF-S, SRDF-A
Perform data replication, both local and extended distance using
EMC,Timefinder/SRDF and
Recoverpoint
Ability to troubleshoot complex database performance issues
Good experience in storage provisioning using SYMCLI, ECC , NavisecCLI,
Navispehere and
Unisphere for VPLEX/VMAX and VNX storage arrays
Highly skilled in Brocade DCX FC SAN switches and Panduit cabling
Ability to troubleshoot performance issues on SAN switches and storage
arrays.
Proven track record in taking an IT project from concept to completion.
Experience and background with solid systems administration processes and
procedures for both
UNIX and Microsoft Windows environments
Strong scripting skills using shell, powershell and batch
Good experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases, Knowledge of
Virtualization using Citrix,
VMware and AIX NPIV/VIOS/LPAR
