Subject: Create a pretty GUI interface for a RPM
I know that RPM is designed to be text based and that all Linux purist
will torch me for even posing this question:

Linux application development is flourishing within our corporation but
the end user community is not keeping up with this progress. Long story
short, application users do not want to deal with a normal RPM install
process and want a pretty interface where they can press the Next
button three times and be done with the installer. Think Windows
Installer :( Is there a tool or community out there that is working on
a solution to this "problem"? Any pointers in the right direction are
appreciated.

gnorpm is deprecated.

Synaptic is available from Fedora Extras.

kpackage (included in  kdeadmin) is available from the kde-redhat project,
http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/

Does anybody have experience yet with InstallShield 11's RPM-ish
functionality? On paper it looks like the tool to use for Windows users
running Linux. Any real world experience out there?
