Bug#564068: developers-reference: alioth section mentions GForge instead of FusionForge

The alioth section[1] of the devref says that alioth runs GForge, which
is no longer the case. I'd suggest that it be amended to remove mention
of the software run on alioth altogether to avoid needing to change it
when/if alioth switches to another forge system or adds another version
control system. CCing the alioth admins in case they want to offer new
wording for the section.

Thanks fixed. Given that Roland is now officially upstream of FusionForge
I doubt we're going to change again our forge in the near future. And even
if that's the case, I can update it again.

I dropped the reference to the separate cvs.debian.org since it got merged
in Alioth in the mean time.
