  Was checking the status of the libnet-citadel-perl package in the
tracker when I noticed that it's still showing the upstream version as
v0.02.  I can understand it not showing the most recent version (0.16)
because that was just uploaded a couple of days ago, but v0.10 was
uploaded to CPAN on 23 September and v0.15 was uploaded on 6 October.
I'd think that at least one of those two would be showing as the
upstream version by now...
