I understand that there are issues with 2.7.3 final, some but not all of which
are resolved. I would personally prefer to see 2.7.3 final in Wheezy, as it
will provide a stable base release which ought to be common across different
distros.

Better I think to unblock 2.7.3-5 (now, in sid) and file rc bugs for any
failures that might still exist.

I would personally prefer if python upstream didn't break stuff in their
stable branch. That's not up to me though.

Better I think to followup
1) without breaking the thread
2) with a proper Subject instead of none.

And no, knowingly introducing new RC bugs in wheezy is in no way
"better".
