a couple of minor notes:

1) unite versions 20030310-1 and 20030310-2 in changelog into 20030310-1

2) put the full text license into copyright file

3) debian/rules:

Done. The package with suggested changes made has now been uploaded to
the mentors. Here's the dsc file for dget:

a) all ".PHONY:" should be removed

b) try to escape override_dh_auto_install and override_dh_installdocs

Just commit fixes into VCS, no need to reupload the package to mentors.

I'd do this if the patched file still used TeX syntax. Alas, LibreOffice
does not understand the TeX command \patterns{ } so I had to get rid of
it, hence it's no longer a TeX file. Also I don't see any point of
storing the effective file (especially with no description in it) in the
docs directory. Perhaps I'm mistaking some details of Debian packaging
policy, but I still prefer the override_dh_auto_install approach here.
