Hi,
...Does that still happen for you? I am using oxygen-gtk and Firefox, and
without touching the configuration the tooltips use white text on black
background.

I said that random/3 is not available anymore.
I meant random/1 is not available, not random/3 is defined instead
I see following error at runtime:

I just tested the described scenario with interactive mode
on the new 3.8.2-1 package version, and was not able to
reproduce the problem. I'm guessing the problem has been
fixed since the bug was reported and just sending this
