Ok, let's reassign this to mono-addins then as this seems to be some
kind of incompatibility with the new version...

apt-get install --reinstall libmono-addins-gui0.2-cil ?

If I move away my ~/.tomboy directory, I can start tomboy again without
any error... To get my notes back, I just had to copy the old *.note files
into the new ~/.tomboy and it worked.
