Bug#617319: libreoffice-base: Edit forms does not work properly

Thanks for your attention.
I did not force any dependencies, I just use aptitude, which thinks that all the dependencies are present:

I rechecked the LO bug system and found a similar report which had been closed becaue it appeared only in some Ubuntu (sorry) packages only.
Any suggestions how I should proceed?

All toolbars are disabled when a form is opened for edit, and they can
not be enabled.

Same machine, repeatable. There seems to be some discrepance between reportbug and apt/itude, but I'm not interested into going into that now. All the dependencies are installed - I went through each one using apt-get --reinstall
No change.

Same problem here, and I'd like to tell that:
1) status bar is disabled and not working in form and report view
2) the problem with toolbars is in report view too
