I tried to build a package with a 2.6.33-rc1 kernel, but
"make-kpkg linux-image" failed because include/linux/compile.h does not
exist:

In commit 92045954058671fdd0ccf031ca06611ce1d929d1�, compile.h was moved
from include/linux to include/generated.
