icu FTBFS on armel with assembler errors; from the build log:

I believe I've found the upstream commit which fixes this and am
currently running some test builds. If those are successful then I'll
attach a patch to this bug.

The attached patch, stolen from upstream, makes the package build
successfully on the armel porterbox.
