Let's at least wait until we have dmraid working again...
What do you think about enabling dmraid support by default and so removing the
kernel command line dmraid=true?
Giuseppe.
Not an option for Lenny anymore, but can be discussed for Squeeze. I'd
personally prefer it if we had proper bootloader support before doing
that.
Note that I'm working on a "settings" option for the installer that will
make it a lot easier for users to select options such as dmraid and
multipath (without requiring a boot parameter).

Hi,
is there any status update regarding dmraid=true boot parameters or your
settings option?
Giuseppe.

My first request was to add a simple line in build/boot/x86/f8.txt. Is this
possible?
Giuseppe.
That screen is already pretty full. We just don't have the space to
document every possible boot option there.
