Bug#495510: stop-xscreensaver in mplayer no longer works with xscreensaver

I remember looking into this myself when I first noticed it. I use svn
mplayer, so it was pretty clear when I synced/rebuilt and it stopped
working. I think this is the culprit:

They used to explicitly disable xscreensaver, but that code has been
completely removed, and they now rely on using heartbeat-cmd instead.
This would be fine if it weren't for bug #486603.
