Bug#474605: iceape-mailnews does not longer deliver to localhost

With the latest iceape upgrade, the mail client stopped delivering
email to port 25 on localhost.
My outgoing SMTP settings are "localhost", port 25, no user name,
no secure connection. After the upgrade, I cannot send email any
more. I get the message from the client "Cannot connect to SMTP
server localhost on port 25. Please check your Outgoing Server
Settings ...". The exim is running fine. I can manually send email
through that server with any other client. Downgrading iceape to
1.0.12~pre080131b-0etch2 solves the problem.
