Bug#524317: acpid: Won't upgrade

Trying to upgrade acpid today, I get :

A package failed to install. Trying to recover:

Happened several times in a row :(

It appears this is an (already noticed) problem with splashy :(

The renaming of /etc/lsb-base-logging.sh seems a good workaround.
