Bug#557309: deluge-web: controls not working

I have the same problem on Debian SID. Things got even worse with the
update to RC5, we can't even add a new torrent anymore. Please try to do
something with this issue.

I've already reported this behavior upstream some time ago, and poked again
just now. Please try to exactly mention which controls are now working for you.

I have just updated to the rc5 version in testing and everything works
fine now.
