Hi Leif,

Found this by accident:

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/adapteva/parallella-a-supercomputer-for-everyone

It might be interesting for you ( the funding cycle is finished )

There are also interesting comments in the later youtube parts, in particular
the one with the person and the blackboard.

That's ages old.
Mine was promised sometime this month though I read of some slight delay
possible but they were working hard on getting boards out to backers as
soon as they can.

I think the delay may have been caused by the change from a Zynq 7000
FPGA to a Zynq 7020.

Hi Sid,

Thanks for comment.

Obviously, you have been following this development much closer than I have.
Besides that, I don't have the smarts to work with such a board.
But I thought there would be perhaps some interest here in such a project.

From more recent:

OK Rein,
I forgot to mention designspark as I am on their mailing list.
I am also on the gnuradio list and it was there I read of the GSoC project.

There is sufficient code available to explore when I get my hands on one.

Hello Sid,

Thanks. You are aware of the board and who knows in the future....?
I got to this data via the Raspberry Pi Group and its many info
sources.

Hi Rein,
RSComponents through DesignSpark have taken a great interest in Pi,
Parallela and microcontroller developments and it's well worth subscribing.

Hello Sid,

Tnx for pointing to DesignSpark with all its features.
Of great interest for Arduino and Raspberry PI which both I have here.
Had no idea what this was all about.

No problem Rein,
I have the lot here, a Beagleboard C3 and a -XM, 1 Arduino Uno not
powered up.
In use Beaglebone, Pandaboard which I have just upgraded to Ubuntu
13.04, ODROID-X and 1 Arduino Uno.
One Arduino is for a Yaesu G-1000DXC rotator controller and the other
for a magnetic loop tuner - just need to build the additional hardware.
73 ... Sid.
