Hi Paul,

I need to read the data from xls and then save it in the database. On the
server, office is not installed. Do I need to install '2007 Office System
Driver: Data Connectivity Components' on the server if I want to read data
from xls using LinqToExcel.

All you should have to download is the Access Database Engine. You can use
this link:
