[Link Grammar] running RelEx in eclipse

I am just trying to run RelEx in eclipse. Can anyone tell me how to
run this.

RelEx works with Eclipse. Please explain in detail the problems you're facing so we can help.

I am unable to find the dependency jars in the project folder. When I
see the shell file, it says a big list of jars needed to run the code.
So where can I find all those jars ?

The README file explains where to obtain them.
