There are several idioms defined twice in en/4.0.dict, for example
'but_not' at lines 7121 and 7219.
Is the code somehow collecting these as alternatives? If not, which
one prevails, and what are the consequences of discarding one of the
rules?
(Yes, I really should try to make a test case, but my fluency with
links is lacking.)
