Is any other resident aware of these changes to the Rates Policy affecting
Linbro Park AH and Modderfontein AH, in that we no longer qualify for
Agricultural Rates, unless we are bonafide farmers, as confirmed by SARS.
The new rates for our suburb are all now Residential, even though our
